The  Activities

Activities to learn about the nutritional and sensory virtues of common medicinal plants. During the route, their healing properties and methods of use will also be illustrated.

Program:
– 8:30 AM – Gathering of participants at the SOUTH entrance (Scopello side) for registration and payment of the entrance ticket.
– 10:00 AM – Visitor center- Meeting on the use and conservation techniques of medicinal plants

– 12:00 PM – Contrada Zingaro – break 

– 13:30 PM – End of the excursion.

Useful Information:
– A fair amount of physical preparation for mountain walking is required.
– Mandatory: trekking shoes and clothing suitable for the season.
– The use of trekking poles is recommended.
– The total distance is approximately 6.00 km, with easy level of difficulty.
– Please bring a backpack with a packed lunch and at least one and a half liters of water.
