Information about pollination and amateur breeding methods. Characteristics and benefits of bee products.

Schedule:
– 9:00 AM – Meeting point at the South Entrance (Scopello side) – registration and ticket payment.
– 9:30 AM – Briefing of bee organization within the hive and honey extraction techniques.
– 11:00 AM – Visitor Center – brief overview of the importance of bees to the ecosystem and extinction risk factors.
– 13:00 AM – End of activity.

Requirements & Recommendations:

Footwear & Clothing: Hiking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are required.

Equipment: Using trekking poles is highly recommended.
Gear: Please bring a backpack equipped with at least one liter of water per person.

Please note: Dogs and other pets are prohibited.

Difficulty: Easy.
